Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

Published: 5 October 2026

Our commitment

The HFactor opposes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. Respect for dignity, freedom and fair treatment is central to the professional standards we expect in our consultancy, recruitment work and business relationships.

Scope

This voluntary policy sets out our expectations for our own work and for those providing services to us. It is not an annual statement reporting completed due diligence or a guarantee that every supply chain is free from exploitation.

Our expectations

We expect work to be freely chosen, people to be treated fairly and applicable employment laws to be respected. We do not support practices involving coercion, threats, withholding identity documents or restricting a person’s freedom to leave employment. We expect concerns about exploitation to be taken seriously.

Raising a concern

Concerns relating to our services or business relationships can be raised through our website enquiry form. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services. Our enquiry form is not an emergency reporting service.

Keeping this policy current

We will review this policy as our business and relevant requirements change.
